How to live 100 years

One of my patients told me how a man can live 100 years. I know he must've heard it from somewhere else. But, he was the nicest guy, he had tons of kids and just had great advice about life. I love meeting new patients, they come from so many different walks of life, and I learn so much from them!

"A man asked his doctor how he could live to be 100 years old, he said to live life to 100 years you need to live without wine, women, and song...the man satin disbelief, so that's the secret to living 100 years? The doctor responded no...but you'll sure feel like it."

Another patient every time, I asked if he was done, (meaning done with his food tray so I could get it out of his way) would say,
"Sticka fork in me."
hehe, and anytime I asked if he needed anything, he would ask for "brains.

I had another patient teach my this fantastic dessert recipe, that I've now long since forgotten, but I'm going to start writing down the inspirational and funny things patients say to me.
