Blue Zones & Seventh-Day Adventists!

Omg! So I'm totally watching Oprah and its about these blue zones in the world, where people live the longest and one of the places is Loma Linda, CA! So, I'm cleaning and this catches my attention since I know there are a ton of SDA's there! And, then! Dr. Oz goes on to say that its home to a community of Seventh-Day Adventists and how they live so long, and they have this unique lifestyle! And there is this surgoen that is 98 yrs old and is still practicing! WOOT! Yeah- Seventh-day Adventists!
